Shipping policy

Since the vast majority of products that we sell are live, we have to utilize the fastest shipping available to us (UPS Next Day Air) in order to ensure it arrives with minimal degradation in quality. This also means that high shipping costs are a possibility, especially for shipments going to the East Coast. 

The prices shown on our website are the same that we charge at our physical location in Seattle. We wanted to be as transparent as possible with our customers, and having 1 price for every product whether online or in-person is one way we do it.
